Our Return Policy

With proper care, your jewelry can last for years.  But we all know that working with horses can enhance the chances that something might go wrong.

If for any reason your purchase  breaks or shows wear within six months of your purchase date, Ela Jae will fix or replace the piece at no cost.  If for any reason there is a manufacturer defect, Ela Jae will also replace it within six months of purchase date.  Shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.  

For purchases made after six months, repairs will be complimentary but shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. 

For repairs, replacements or anything after one year of purchase date, we ask that you please reach out to customer service directly.  We will do our best to address your concerns.  Chains that break after a year will likely need to be replaced and done so by the customer.
