With proper care, your jewelry can last for years. But we all know that working with horses can enhance the chances that something might go wrong.

If for any reason, your piece(s) break, shows significant wear or require other repairs within one year of your purchase date, Ela Jae will fix or replace the piece at no cost. Shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.  

For repairs, replacements or anything after one year of purchase date, we ask that you please reach out to customer service directly at elajaesales@gmail.com. We will do our best to address your concerns. Chains that break after a year will likely need to be replaced and done so by the customer.
