We’ve streamlined our wholesale program to ensure exclusivity and ease. Here is how we get our collection from our studio to your shelves.
STEP 1: Account Application
Click the "Get Started" button below to complete our streamlined wholesale application. You will submit your store details, upload your business credentials, and digitally sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement all in one secure place. Note: You will also have the option to list any additional team members who may need dedicated access to our purchasing portal or marketing assets.
STEP 2: Verification & Account Activation
We personally review every application within 2-3 business days to ensure a strong partnership fit. Once approved, your designated purchasing contact will receive an official account activation email directly from our system. Simply click the link in that email to set your password and instantly unlock your exclusive wholesale pricing.
STEP 3: Partner Portal Access
Along with your account activation, your team will receive a "Welcome to the Barn" email from us. This email grants your marketing or social media contact instant access to our Google Drive Partner Portal, which is fully stocked with our brand guide, logos, and high-resolution product photography for your advertising needs.
STEP 4: SHOP & Fulfillment
Log into your newly activated account to browse the collection with your exclusive wholesale pricing automatically applied. Select your jewelry, add custom Ela Jae displays to your cart, and check out securely. Once payment is confirmed, we immediately pack your order with retail-ready packaging and ship via insured delivery so you can start selling the moment it arrives.
