Wholesale Application Process
WELCOME! We are always looking to partner with elevated retail boutiques and tack shops that share our passion for taking equestrian style Beyond the Barn.
Because we are committed to the success and exclusivity of our retail partners, we carefully review every application to ensure a strong brand alignment. To be considered for an Ela Jae wholesale account, we require the following:

Established Retailer: You must operate a brick-and-mortar storefront or an established independent e-commerce website.

Business Credentials: A valid Resale Certificate, Tax ID, or EIN is required.

Order Minimums: We maintain a Minimum Opening Order (MOO) of $1,500 and a reorder minimum of $500 within a 12 month period.

Confidentiality: All partners must agree to our Wholesale Terms and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (included in the application below) to protect our proprietary designs.

Application Review: We personally review every application within 2-3 business days.

Account Activation: If approved, your purchasing contact will receive an official invite email from Shopify to set a password and activate your wholesale account.

Partner Portal Access: You will also receive a "Welcome to the Barn" email containing the link to our Google Drive Partner Portal, granting your marketing team access to our brand assets and product photography.

Place Your First Order: Once logged in, you can instantly shop our wholesale catalog. As soon as your order is placed, we will get to work packaging your pieces, custom signage, and displays!
